	How do I navigate this site? Navigating this site is easy. Categories listed on the Home page appear as a vertical panel of purple buttons down the left hand side of the screen. Clicking on a button takes you to the Topic that you have chosen. Topic pages also have vertical purple buttons on the left for navigation, and at the bottom of every page are text hyperlinks on a lilac background. These text hyperlinks represent the list of topics which are indexed under the category that you have selected. Topic pages also have a purple Back button to return to your last page, or you can use your browser back button. Reminders - Categories (top level) and Topics are represented by purple buttons Hyperlinks are your navigation source at the bottom of Topic pages Back buttons on the Topic pages or your browser will take you back to the page you came from.

	How is this site arranged? 	What are the page loading times? Download times for pages are kept to a minimum, - typically between 12 and 17 seconds if you are connected at 56.6K although many smaller pages load more quickly than this. The Newsletter page can take up to 30 seconds since it is usually a large page with several images. The slowest page on this site is the Essential oil Specification page which can take up to 35 seconds to load at 56.6K since it is a large file.
